The book and the link below have the protocol I wish more research were done into itīy request, someone who responded told me actually explaining the book would be helpful. He provides a few citations in the back of the book. And if done properly, I fail to see how it would hurt I have my own criticisms with the author's presentation. This didn't cure me but it greatly helped. The whole therapy seems really dangerous and counterintuitive but I experienced no side effects and did it as my only next choice was to kill myself(I can't stand living like this) I am going to kick it up to 3.5 then 4 tablespoons in a week But for me I went in highly skeptical, and came out surprised. It is very copntreversial and I am no doctor. I am not sure it works as a "cure" but what I am sure about is that it is one of the most effective treatments that I have used in improving the conditions of my CFS.
